In his opening address, the Chairman first articulated and reinforced the company’s corporate culture, emphasizing the need to fully embrace the brand philosophy of “shared low costs, sincere delivery assurance, and efficient, rapid service.” He then laid out key strategic priorities across the Group’s four major areas: product and production objectives, sales and market objectives, financial and profitability targets, and digital‑management goals. The Chairman underscored that by 2025, the Group will focus on achieving robust production growth, breakthroughs in sales, sound financial performance, and successful digital transformation—driving the company toward an even higher level of development.
The Executive Director delivered a special report on “Trends in the Development of Building Envelope Systems and Steel Structures,” offering an in-depth analysis of the industry’s current landscape and market opportunities through meticulous data-driven insights and case studies. Meanwhile, the general managers of each business unit presented their 2025 work plans, covering key areas such as operational objectives, market expansion, and product innovation.
The Vice President outlined a comprehensive plan for the Group’s overall operations, placing particular emphasis on strengthening cross‑departmental collaboration mechanisms. The Chairman further articulated specific directives: continuously streamline production processes, develop a portfolio of best‑selling products, enhance brand visibility, and propel the Group into the industry’s leading tier.
