Strengthening the Foundation and Focusing on Development — OHC Construction Group’s 2024 Year-End Summary and Awards Ceremony
On January 17–18, OHC Construction Group’s 2024 year-end summary and awards ceremony was grandly held in the Lutai Economic Development Zone of Tangshan, Hebei! Leaders from the group and its various subsidiaries, outstanding awardees, and employee representatives attended the event to review the remarkable achievements of the past year, recognize individuals and teams who made exceptional contributions, and, with a spirit of unity, jointly map out a new chapter.
On January 17–18, OHC Construction Group’s 2024 year-end summary and awards ceremony was grandly held in the Lutai Economic Development Zone of Tangshan, Hebei! Leaders from the group and its various subsidiaries, outstanding award recipients, and employee representatives attended the event to review the remarkable achievements of the past year, recognize individuals and teams who made exceptional contributions, and, with a spirit of unity, jointly map out a new chapter.
At the outset of the meeting, Group Chairman Duo Yuegang delivered a keynote address. Mr. Duo stated: “Over the past year, the Dongfangcheng Smart Industrial Park achieved project approval, construction, and production all within the same year, embodying the speed and efficiency that define the Dongfangcheng spirit. We have remained firmly focused on our three core product systems, successfully developing five blockbuster products.” Looking ahead to the coming year, Mr. Duo expressed his vision: “In 2025—a year brimming with both opportunities and challenges—we will concentrate our efforts on delivering exceptional products. With the passion and optimism of hope and aspiration, let us realize our business goal of ‘rooted in North China, serving the world,’ and together strive toward our brand vision: ‘Wherever there is construction, there is Dongfangcheng.’”
Subsequently, the heads of each branch office reported on the achievements their respective business teams had attained over the past year in operations and management, as well as their outlook for the future.
Group Vice President Zhang Yixiang summarized the achievements of each team in operational and management work over the past year and set forth expectations for the coming year. Mr. Zhang stated that Dongfang Cheng will strengthen its internal capabilities, fully leverage the product and capacity advantages of its four major processing bases, and achieve our target goals for 2025.
We bid farewell to the challenging year 2024 and welcomed the hopeful year 2025. During the recognition ceremony, we specially honored outstanding employees, exceptional project managers, top-performing sales professionals, and others who have made remarkable contributions in their respective fields. They serve as role models and benchmarks for their teams, enhancing our collective competitiveness and providing a powerful impetus for the company’s continued growth.
Following the awards ceremony, the gala—themed “Embarking on a New Journey, Ushering in a New Chapter”—officially got underway. To deliver a feast for the senses, the talented members of Dongfang Cheng meticulously prepared an array of dazzling performances, including dance, skits, Peking opera, “Sanju Ban,” instrumental solos, and more—varied in form and rich in content. Now, let’s take a moment to relive the joyful highlights from the annual gala.
