On January 19–20, OHC Construction Group’s 2023 year-end summary and awards ceremony was grandly held in Beijing. Leaders from the group and its subsidiaries, outstanding awardees, and employee representatives attended the event to review the remarkable achievements of the past year, recognize individuals and teams who made exceptional contributions, and, with a spirit of unity, jointly map out a new chapter.
At the outset of the meeting, Group Chairman Duo Yuegang delivered a keynote address. Mr. Duo stated: “Over the past year, by steadfastly putting our customers first, we have strengthened the influence of our steel‑structure brand. Our products are of high quality; we at Dongfang Cheng are committed and responsible; and our designs are both sophisticated and distinctive—qualities that have earned us recognition from industry peers and clients alike as a dynamic, trustworthy, and reliable enterprise.” Looking ahead to the coming year, Mr. Duo expressed his vision: “In the year ahead, let us embrace the spirit of ‘Though my heart remains young, I will forge ahead with diligence, living up to the expectations of the Buddha and the trust of all.’ We will build a team that is positive, ambitious, and relentlessly driven, striving together to realize our brand vision: ‘Wherever there is construction, there is Dongfang Cheng.’ Together, we will shape the future through architecture!”
Subsequently, the heads of each branch summarized the achievements of their respective business teams over the past year and outlined their outlook for the future.
Group Vice President Zhang Yixiang summarized the achievements of each team’s operational and management efforts over the past year and set forth expectations for the coming year. Mr. Zhang stated that Dongfang Cheng will continue to serve its customers, fully leverage the product and brand strengths of its three major processing bases, focus on cost reduction and efficiency improvement, capitalize on its regulatory advantages to build a shared platform, explore new avenues for refined and standardized management, and thereby achieve our 2024 targets.
As time has flown by, we have bid farewell to the challenging year of 2023 and welcomed a new year full of hope. During the recognition ceremony, we specially honored outstanding employees, exceptional project managers, top-performing sales professionals, and others who have made remarkable contributions in their respective fields. They serve as role models and sources of inspiration for their teams, enhancing our collective competitiveness and providing a powerful impetus for the company’s continued growth.
