The “Staying Steady for Long-Term Success, Striving for Progress” themed annual conference was held successfully.
On January 21, 2022, OHC Construction Group successfully held its annual conference themed “Steady Progress, Bold Advancement.” Due to the impact of the pandemic, the event was conducted simultaneously in both offline and online formats, with main and sub-venues. Management personnel and employees from all companies attended the meeting.
The meeting was chaired by Zhang Yixiang, Vice President of the Group. During the session, Chairman Duo Yuegang delivered his New Year address, while General Manager Zhang provided an overview of the Group’s annual performance. Each branch manager then presented their respective company’s background, along with updates on congratulatory initiatives, team composition, strategic priorities, key resources, development goals, and implementation plans. At the annual gathering, Chairman Duo elaborated in detail on the theme: “Exercise patience and restraint, unite our resolve, and proceed with pragmatism; start cautiously and finish with respect—these are the prerequisites for steady progress and long-term success. Embracing our dreams and embarking on entrepreneurship together is a concrete manifestation of our spirit of bold advancement.” Since its founding 30 years ago, Dongfang Cheng has grown from scratch into a thriving enterprise, weathering countless challenges along the way. We have endured earthquakes, financial crises, environmental cleanups, relocations, and more than two years of the COVID‑19 pandemic. Throughout this period, we have successfully upgraded our product lines, restructured our organizational framework, and undertaken comprehensive modernization efforts. With solid capabilities, unwavering determination, and a wealth of accumulated experience, coupled with a loyal customer base and a strong market foothold, we have pressed ahead against headwinds—building a new factory campus and enhancing our infrastructure—while delivering robust results. After three decades of relentless effort, trial and error, and continuous improvement, we have achieved notable progress across multiple dimensions: product and equipment innovation, systematic technological integration, brand recognition and qualifications, human resource management, corporate platforms, and corporate culture. We are confident that 2022 will bring even greater momentum and growth.
The group’s latest developments were presented by the following leaders: Du Xuebin, representing Chengding Board Materials, outlined progress at the new Daqiu Zhuang plant and the company’s business‑development plans; Xu Shengyan, from Lutai Company, explained the design concept and content of the plant’s new exhibition hall; Yan Xiaogang, also from Lutai, detailed the plan for deploying new equipment and provided an update on steel‑structure production in northern China; Xin Yabing, likewise from Lutai, described the investment in space‑frame and truss manufacturing and the target markets; and Wang Yinlong, from Lutai, highlighted how the company is leveraging its existing resources to actively pursue large‑scale projects. In addition, awards and recognitions were bestowed upon the sales team, outstanding employees, exemplary project managers, top‑performing projects, and exceptional foremen and skilled workers.
OHC has been developing and operating for more than 30 years, amassing a robust material foundation and a powerful spiritual strength.
