Tian Dun Metal Enclosure System
Roofing
Core Positioning
Against the backdrop of high-quality development and the green‑building transition in the construction industry, this system addresses key technical challenges—such as complex waterproofing details, frequent joint leaks, significant construction uncertainties, and the inability to meet stringent waterproofing standards. Adhering to current national design codes and drawing on the strengths of leading domestic and international building envelope systems, we have developed the “360° Laminated Standing‑Seam Metal Roofing System,” which achieves Class I waterproofing performance with a single layer of metal panel. Centered on proprietary patented technologies and rigorously tested, this solution integrates structural design, materials, construction processes, and standardized detailing to deliver a high‑performance, full‑life‑cycle roofing system.
Technical Core
1. A 360° laminated, standing-seam metal roofing system employing on-site, full-length pre‑glazing; it delivers Class I waterproofing performance for single‑ply metal roofs without waterproof membrane.
2. High‑capacity, low‑friction slip‑type support brackets with a sliding stroke of 60 mm or more; each bracket has an ultimate tensile capacity exceeding 7.0 kN, effectively addressing the challenges of thermal expansion and contraction as well as wind uplift resistance in metal roofing systems.
3. Standardized detailing and fabrication‑installation procedures for critical nodes such as ridge lines, eaves gutters, skylight strips, and penetrations, addressing the challenge of ensuring watertightness in 360° laminated standing‑seam metal roofing systems.
Key Process
Class I waterproofing
The proprietary “360° Laminated Vertical Lock‑Seam” system, combined with an on‑site pre‑glazing process, enables single‑ply roofing without membrane lapping to achieve Class I waterproofing and withstand wind uplift forces equivalent to a Category 17 typhoon.
Flexible crack resistance
An invention of a high-strength, low-friction sliding support effectively relieves thermal and wind‑induced stresses, thereby eliminating cracking on the slab surface.
Node Standardization
Standardized design is applied to critical components such as roof ridges and gutters to ensure the system’s watertightness throughout its entire lifecycle.
Core Values
We not only supply products, but also deliver a comprehensive technical solution validated by national-level atlases, dedicated to providing safe, reliable, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly roof‑covering solutions that ensure long‑term performance for large public buildings, industrial facilities, and other similar projects.
