On the morning of October 27, Zhang Gujiang, a member of the Standing Committee of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Tangshan Municipal Party Committee, led a citywide delegation for the third-quarter review of key projects to our company’s construction site of the automotive parts production project undertaken by Dongfang Xingtai Intelligent Technology Development (Tangshan) Co., Ltd. Guo Yanhong, Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People’s Congress; Hu Guohui, Chairman of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference; and other leaders from the city’s four leading bodies also attended the inspection, accompanied by Han Qingwen, Secretary of the District Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee.

This project is a key initiative of Hebei Province for 2020, with internationalization, smart manufacturing, and a cloud-based manufacturing platform as its three core development pillars. It aims to emerge as a dynamic new force in the industry and a future industry leader. The total investment amounts to RMB 500 million, covering a site of 120 mu and a built-up area of 52,000 square meters. Major facilities under construction include intelligent production workshops (No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3) and an R&D center. Upon commissioning, the project is expected to produce 30 million sets of critical automotive and aerospace components annually.

This project commenced during the pandemic. Our company implemented a series of robust measures to address the key challenges and priorities of on-site epidemic prevention, achieving a balanced approach that integrated pandemic control with construction progress. By rigorously enforcing preventive protocols while accelerating construction schedules, we ensured both safety and quality, yielding excellent results. As a result, the project was commissioned and put into operation in the same year, earning unanimous recognition and high praise from municipal and district leaders as well as the project’s client.
