Dongfang Cheng Group Held Its 2020 Mid-Year Work Conference.
On July 18, OHC Construction Group’s first-half 2020 work conference was held in the Lutai Development Zone of Tangshan City. The meeting was chaired by Duoyuegang, Chairman of OHC Construction, and Vice President Zhang Yixiang delivered an important address. Company leaders, staff from various functional departments of the headquarters, and relevant responsible persons attended the meeting.

The meeting was chaired by Duoyuegang, Chairman of OHC Construction, and Vice President Zhang Yixiang delivered an important address. Company leaders, staff from various functional departments of the head office, and relevant responsible persons attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Chief Engineer Luo Jin provided a detailed explanation of the rationale and significance behind the establishment of the project execution checklist. Representatives from each department outlined their respective requirements for financial management and accounting procedures, as well as the handling of performance bonds and other financial instruments, and the administration of tax-related documents. They also addressed issues related to the promotion of standardized contract templates, the identification of key contractual milestones, contract review processes, and important considerations in debt‑collection litigation. In addition, they discussed the company’s tendering and bidding practices, the documentation required to maintain corporate qualifications, and the specific requirements for the use of licenses and certificates. Other topics included CRM project registration and duplicate‑check procedures, the management of services provided by partner organizations and the oversight of critical project milestones, as well as coordination among design, service, and sales support teams across the company. Finally, they reviewed the management and delivery of corporate culture initiatives and external communications efforts.
Cost analysis and market pricing, as critical components, were presented by the respective company executives. Topics included cost analysis and pricing for steel structure fabrication and manufacturing; manufacturing, cost analysis, and pricing for space‑frame and tubular truss products; cost analysis and pricing for new‑type composite building panels and C‑section profiled steel sheets; cost analysis and pricing for metal insulated decorative integrated panel curtain wall systems; cost analysis and pricing for stainless‑steel metal roofing systems; cost analysis and pricing for the repair and renovation of existing buildings; and an overview of market and customer analysis.
At the conclusion of the meeting, participants discussed the designated points of contact between each subsidiary and the Head Office’s Service Department, as well as relevant personnel, identified issues, and outlined the corresponding resolution procedures.
